LAW 360 listed Fross Zelnick as a “Ceiling Smasher” for being one of the top twenty-five best U.S. law firms for female partners. 37.5 percent of the firm’s partners are women, compared to the national average of 22 percent for law firms in general, and 19 percent for IP boutiques.
