Mr. Cucurella is a partner at Fross Zelnick and a member of the firm's international IP group. Mr. Cucurella manages worldwide trademark portfolios for a variety of clients across a broad range of industries, including financial and consulting services, pharmaceuticals, hotels, real estate, retail, entertainment, fashion and apparel, and consumer and luxury goods. He advises clients on trademark clearance, registration, licensing, anti-counterfeiting, policing and enforcement, including counseling clients on complex trademark filing programs, global trademark clearance, and multi-country opposition and infringement actions. Mr. Cucurella also performs due diligence work on intellectual property-related aspects of corporate transactions and negotiates and drafts assignments, licenses, coexistence and other commercial agreements. He has practiced law in Spain and has extensive experience in European Union and Spanish intellectual property law, as well as Latin American and Asian trademark practice.
