International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers declares Fross Zelnick “leading firm in the world in this area.”
NEW YORK, August 19 – Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu, a leading firm in trademark, copyright, design patent and unfair competition law, announced today that the firm was honored as “Global Trademarks Law Firm of the Year 2008” for the third consecutive year in the Who’s Who Legal Awards. In addition, eight firm attorneys were individually lauded for their exceptional client service.
Overall, Fross Zelnick had more trademark practitioners singled out for praise than any other firm. Ronald Lehrman was recognized as one of the most highly regarded attorneys based on the overall research. Other partners honored this year were Roger Zissu, Peter Silverman, Janet Hoffman, David Ehrlich, Susan Upton Douglass, Stephen Bigger, as well as special counsel Michael Davis. The winners were formally announced in The International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers, 2008 edition.
Who’s Who Legal lists only the leading practitioners in each field, based exclusively on the findings of an independent six-month research process. The awards are based on a number of factors, including the feedback received in the ongoing research process, past performance in the research and the overall aggregate number of weighted votes cast in their favor. In addition to identifying the overall leading firm in 50 countries and five US states, the awards also recognize the leading firm and individual in each practice area.
“Fross Zelnick’s continuing success is reflected in the consistently positive feedback we received, recognizing the firm’s exceptional individual and collective talent,” said Callum Campbell, editor-in-chief of The International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers. “We have no hesitation in declaring Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu the leading firm in the world in this area.”
