Emily Weiss protects clients’ intellectual property rights, focusing on litigation in federal court and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. In addition to counseling clients on various intellectual property issues, Emily drafts demand letters and pursues out-of-court enforcement strategies. Her practice includes copyright, trademark, trade dress, unfair competition, false advertising, and Internet-related matters.
Emily’s experience ranges from drafting litigation documents and agreements to providing advice to participating in litigation. She has worked with clients across a range of industries, including apparel, jewelry, cosmetics and beauty, food and beverage, healthcare, entertainment, and media.
Prior to joining Fross Zelnick, Emily was an associate in the litigation department of a leading New York law firm.
