Julia Belagorudsky advises clients on how to best protect their intellectual property in the U.S. Her practice focuses on trademark and copyright clearance, policing, and enforcement, including portfolio management. She also counsels clients on how to prioritize the registration of their intellectual property.
Informed by her previous litigation experience, Julia conducts IP due diligence in the context of corporate transactions and negotiates and drafts agreements for IP-related matters such as licensing, coexistence, manufacturing, and distribution. She also helps clients to understand the value of their trademarks and their brand identity.
Prior to joining the firm, Julia was an associate at a Boston law firm, where her practice included counseling startup businesses engaged in industries including software, clean energy, and green technology.
