On Wednesday, June 14, partners Craig S. Mende and Barbara A. Solomon presented during Federal Bar Council’s CLE “Trademarks and Expressive Works: The Rise (and Demise?) of Rogers v. Grimaldi“. The event was held at Fross Zelnick’s NYC office in Times Square.
The program explored the creation and expansion of the Rogers v. Grimaldi test governing the use of trademarks in connection with expressive works, the different applications of the test by courts across the country, and the current efforts to limit the Rogers test.
