Parker Eudy’s practice focuses on protecting and enforcing clients’ rights in the areas of trademark, trade dress, copyright, unfair competition, and related commercial matters. He advises clients in intellectual property matters spanning a variety of industries, including fashion, cosmetics, food and beverage, hospitality and hotels, and consumer products.

Parker’s litigation experience includes federal trial and appellate courts, state courts, and the USPTO’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Prior to joining Fross Zelnick, Parker was an associate in the intellectual property litigation group of a leading New York law firm.
