Halle Markus has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on all aspects of US and international trademark law. Her practice focuses on trademark clearance, prosecution, and maintenance. Halle’s transactional work includes IP due diligence and negotiating and drafting IP agreements. She also provides strategic advice on IP enforcement issues, including trademark opposition and cancellation actions, domain names disputes, and online infringement.
Halle takes a proactive approach to managing trademark portfolios and enjoys providing clients with practical solutions to complex problems. She advises on trademark matters spanning a variety of industries and takes time to understand each client’s business to provide tailored advice.
Prior to joining the firm, Halle was in house counsel in the trademark group of a large consumer products company and was trademark counsel in the intellectual property department of a large, national law firm.
