Brian Leary counsels and represents clients on copyright and trademark matters before the federal and administrative courts. Representing both plaintiffs and defendants, and clients both large and small, Brian’s litigation experience covers federal trial and appellate courts as well as the USPTO’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the ICC International Court of Arbitration. In addition to litigating copyright and trademark matters, Brian has substantial experience on patent and antitrust matters across multiple tech and medical sectors. His work has helped clients achieve significant court victories that ensure the continued protection their intellectual property and brand integrity.
Prior to joining Fross Zelnick, Brian was an associate in the IP litigation department of a premier international law firm and an associate at leading patent litigation firm.
