Eric Gordon’s practice focuses on domestic and international data privacy. He advises clients about their privacy practices, collection and use of data, consumer interactions, and regulatory obligations. Eric also counsels clients regarding the requirements and risks of existing and new agreements with customers and vendors.
Eric’s privacy law experience spans many areas, including ad tech, marketing, e-commerce, entertainment and digital media. He works closely with clients across varied industries to identify best practices specific to their needs and to address compliance obligations associated with existing and emerging laws that govern personal data.
Prior to joining Fross Zelnick, Eric worked in the privacy group of a leading New York advertising law firm. He has also worked as general counsel for a real estate company and as a litigation associate for two New York law firms. Before pivoting to his law career, Eric taught French at Johns Hopkins University.
