Esteban Monge-Morera focuses on helping brand owners build and protect their brands domestically and abroad. He concentrates his practice on selecting, registering, maintaining, transferring, and enforcing trademarks and copyrights.
Through his trademark enforcement and prosecution practice, Esteban helps his clients manage their domestic and global trademark portfolios and provides advice on multijurisdictional intellectual property issues. He counsels his clients on copyright, intellectual property due diligence, domain name issues, as well as negotiating and drafting intellectual property agreements.
Esteban began his intellectual property career in Costa Rica. He has been a practicing New York attorney since 2019. Prior to joining Fross Zelnick, Esteban was an associate in the intellectual property department of a general practice law firm in New York.
