We won summary judgment on behalf of Movado in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Swatch alleged that its rights in its VENTURA mark, which it uses under its Hamilton line of watches, were infringed by Movado’s use of the mark VENTURE, which Movado uses in connection with its ESQ line of watches.
