Torres v. Universal Music Group N.V. and Universal City Studios LLC

On behalf of our clients Universal Music Group, N.V. and Universal City Studios, LLC, the firm obtained dismissal of reverse domain hijacking and breach of contract claims brought against Defendants in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. The firm obtained dismissal on the grounds that the Plaintiff had committed “fraud on the Court” by submitting forged documents and false factual allegations in support of his Complaint.
