Chambers and Partners has once again awarded Fross Zelnick top recognition in its 2024 USA Guide. We earned Band 1 for our practice in Intellectual Property: Trademark, Copyright & Trade Secrets in New York, and Band 1 for our Nationwide practice in the same category.
This marks the 15th consecutive year we have been ranked Band 1 for the nationwide region, and the 7th consecutive year we have been ranked Band 1 for the New York region.
Fross Zelnick is a “stalwart IP boutique excelling in a number of areas including anti-counterfeiting, trademarks and copyrights,” Chambers wrote. The guide also noted our “strength in the protection of design rights” and the firm’s “recognized capacity to prosecute, maintain and enforce its clients’ IP rights.”
Clients also offered praise. “The Fross Zelnick team has the breadth and depth needed to handle both local and international intellectual property matters,” one client shared with Chambers. Another singled us out for our “high level of service and responsiveness,” and a third noted our “outstanding ability to handle complex matters before the TTAB” and our “careful thought and tactical positioning.”
Six of our attorneys were acknowledged by the guide with individual rankings: James D. Weinberger, David A. Donahue, Allison Strickland Ricketts, Barbara A. Solomon, Nadine H. Jacobson, and Richard Z. Lehv.
We owe this achievement to our dedicated team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff, whose combined efforts enable us to deliver favorable results to our clients consistently. We thank our clients for their trust and continued support.
