Practice Description
Ms. Bessinger focuses on counseling and conflict resolution in the areas of trademarks, unfair competition, copyright, and Internet-related matters. Her practice also concentrates on searching and filing trademarks, practicing before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and litigating in the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
