In its article about whether the COVID-19 pandemic will disrupt USPTO filings, Law360 quoted Allison Strickland Ricketts is quoted as saying that, thus far, our clients have been able to meet their deadlines but the eventual effect remains unclear. She also says that it would be helpful if the USPTO would adopt and accept commercial e-signing technologies because so many people are now working from home and may not have the printing or scanning capabilities necessary to comply with current filing requirements.
