Fross Zelnick partner Charles T.J. Weigell, III recently took part in a panel called “Protecting Industrial Designs with Copyright” at the annual AIPPI World Congress meeting in Istanbul, Turkey. Charles joined three other prominent figures in the industry – Tony Yeo, managing director at Drew & Napier in Singapore, Allen Wang, managing partner at Beijing TA Law Firm in Beijing, and Johan Løje, a partner at LØJE-IP in Copenhagen in addressing the current relationship between industrial product design and copyright infringement in various jurisdictions.
