On behalf of client Cartier International AG, John P. Margiotta and Laura Popp-Rosenberg won a motion for summary judgment in full against defendant for unlawfully promoting, distributing and selling counterfeit jewelry products that used imitations of Plaintiffs’ CARTIER and VAN CLEEF & ARPELS trademarks. Plaintiffs were awarded $37,412,700 in statutory damages for defendant’s willful use of counterfeit marks.
