Fross Zelnick is proud to announce that the firm was awarded “Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year” for the United States by WTR and IAM at the fourth annual Global IP Awards. Partner Carlos Cucurella attended the gala reception at Plaisterers’ Hall in London on Thursday night to accept the award on the firm’s behalf.
For the third time in the award’s four-year history, Fross Zelnick has been selected by WTR and IAM as a top firm in the United States, winning the same award in 2022 and “Trademark Litigation Firm of the Year” in the award’s inaugural year of 2019.
The Global IP Awards have become a hallmark in recognizing and honoring law firms’ outstanding legal expertise in trademark and patent litigation, prosecution, and transactional work.
Earlier this year, World Trademark Review recognized 20 Fross Zelnick attorneys in their 2023 edition of “WTR 1000”. They also awarded the firm their highest “Gold” band in both the United States: National and United States: New York for enforcement and litigation as well as prosecution and strategy.
Congratulations to the firm on this outstanding achievement, and thank you to the WTR and IAM teams for their thorough research and dedication in selecting this year’s winners.
