Karen Lim co-authored, with Chikako Hashimoto of Sakai International Patent Office, an article on the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Romag Fasteners, Inc. v. Fossil, Inc. for the Japan Intellectual Property Association (JIPA) Journal. The article, which will be published in June 2021, focuses on the implications of the decision for Japanese companies that conduct business in the U.S.
