Karen’s IP practice brings a truly international perspective as she advises clients on the selection, clearance, prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement of trademarks in the U.S. and worldwide. Her forward-looking approach and multi-faceted protection strategies have helped clients in a wide range of industries achieve long-term value and success. Karen is a former Director of the Asian American Bar Association of New York and co-founder and former co-Chair of its IP Committee. She is also the former Chair of the Subcommittee for Women of Color of the Women in the Legal Profession Committee of the New York City Bar Association. Karen currently serves on the Fross Zelnick Diversity Committee, which includes attorneys and staff members from different departments within the firm.
