IAM and WTR awarded Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu “Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year” for the United States at the 2022 Global IP Awards gala dinner in London on Thursday night, September 15. Launched in 2019, the prestigious Global IP Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of intellectual property law firms worldwide in litigation, prosecution, and transactional work. Twice in its three-year history, the Global IP Awards has awarded Fross Zelnick top honors – the firm also won “Trademark Litigation Firm of the Year” for the U.S. in 2019.
Earlier this year, the WTR 1000 bestowed its highest ranking upon Fross Zelnick by placing the firm in the “Gold” tiers atop the Prosecution & Strategy and Enforcement & Litigation categories. WTR also singled out 18 FZLZ attorneys for their quality and depth of experience in trademark, media, entertainment, and advertising law.
