Julia Belagorudsky’s Non-Traditional Trademarks Article Included in Compilation

Following her talk in Switzerland earlier this year on the topic, Julia Belagorudsky’s article “Protection of Non-Traditional Trademarks Under U.S. Law” is included in the Law School of the University of Geneva’s recently published compilation entitled “3D Trademarks and other Non-Traditional Trademarks.”
