She adapts quickly to new initiatives, people, situations, and subject matters. Angela counsels governments, startups, and global companies through the prosecution process and on day-to-day issues, including indecisive matters, protection strategies, risk evaluation, and identification of practical and creative legal solutions. She excels at problem solving and developing optimal solutions.
Trained in both civil and common law legal systems, Angela has undertaken advanced education in intellectual property law and business administration, respectively, in Alicante, Spain and Lausanne, Switzerland. She was a consultant to the United Nations World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva, Switzerland, addressing global intellectual property registration systems and law reform issues.
Prior to joining Fross Zelnick, Angela was an associate at the one of the most selective law firms in the United States. She began her professional Intellectual Property activity as a trainee at the Organization For A Geographical Indication (Gi) Network in Geneva, Switzerland, the Intellectual Property Tribunal of Peru and at a Peruvian law firm that has represented the IP portfolio of major global corporations.
